By accessing or using Travel SIM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
We provide SIM activation, number assignment, coverage services, SMS/MMS messaging services (powered by Twilio), and related support.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Use services lawfully and in accordance with network policies and applicable laws (including TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements).
- Maintain the security of your devices and accounts.
- Obtain proper consent before sending messages to third parties.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding text messaging, including but not limited to obtaining proper consent and honoring opt-out requests.
4. Pricing & Billing
Prices, fees, and taxes are shown on our site. Some destinations may incur special rates (see Pricing and Coverage Zones). Message and data rates may apply for SMS/MMS services. You are responsible for any carrier message and data fees that may apply.
5. Coverage & Third‑Party Networks
Service quality may vary by location and partner networks. We are not liable for outages beyond our control.
6. SMS/MMS Service Terms
By using our SMS/MMS services, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
- You will not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You will not send unsolicited messages (spam).
- You will include clear opt-out instructions in all marketing messages.
- You understand that message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or prevented by factors beyond our control.
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from message recipients.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our messaging services for any violation of these terms.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or other intangibles, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
We are not responsible for undelivered messages, delays in message delivery, or any issues caused by third-party carriers or service providers.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services for misuse, non‑payment, or violations of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
